The Paleo Challenge is specifically designed to better your overall health and make your training more effective. You will sleep better, WOD harder and discover the benefits of the Paleo lifestyle everyday in just 31 days! This challenge is being run by our nutritionist Kristen Bell.
Paleo challenge means dairy free, grain free and sugar free – lots of meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds. No processed food, no refined oils and no gluten!
31 Day Challenge begins October 8th and goes to November 8th
• Before and after pictures and body fat measurements
• Weekly recipes and Paleo tips
• Each person receives a meal plan, grocery list, and full time online support from Kristen. Your food intake will be tracked by My Fitness Pal, and your WODs will be tracked on the GSC Paleo Challenge Board.
