CrossFit Hollywood is hosting an SMR (self-myofascial release) clinic in a few weeks and would like to open registration to GSC members. Jeff and Carolyn Alexander from Network Fitness will be running the 4-hour clinic from 9am to 1pm on Saturday June 2, with the focus on shoulders, neck, and upper back.
