In honor of Tony Leon. Today he would have been 23 years old. Late October 12th, he was involved in a terrible car accident that changed the lives of many. Including some of our very own Golden State Crossfit family. He often came to Golden State Crossfit while he lived with Coach Dante. Today we will perform a mash up of different movements he liked to do when he came to the gym.
